CINEMA OPERATORS IN LAGOS REMAINS OPTIMISTIC AS LASG PROMISES TO OPEN THE SECTOR FOR BUSINESS

The Lagos state Governor Babajide Sanwo-olu has promised Cinema operators in Lagos state that the state government will fast track efforts to re open the sector back for her usual business.

The Governor said this today at a virtual meeting with the Cinema Exhibitors Association of Nigeria today, He expressed solidarity with the stakeholders in the creative and entertainment industry following the impact of #COVID19 on their sector.

The Governor promised that the state will work collaboratively to put in place measures to open the sector for business.

The Governor said he is aware of the challenges the Cinema operators are facing and assured them that government will have to do what is right to protect the lives of Lagosians.
