AA + SS = ✅

AA + AC = ✅

AS + AS = ❌

Love is not blind and the life and health of your children matter.

By the way, the only thing that can change the genotype is the bone marrow transplant (BMT).

It has been proven to be the only promising permanent cure to SS, SC, and CC; however, it is new, very expensive, and cannot be done in any part of Africa. It also carries some risks.

AC is a genotype although abnormal and a bit rare.

There are four hemoglobin genotypes (hemoglobin pairs/formations) in humans: AA, AS, SS, and AC (uncommon).

SS and AC are the abnormal genotypes or the sickle cells.

Knowing one's genotype before choosing a life partner is important because there may be compatibility issues that could have devastating effects when it comes to conception.

Doc,can AC+AC go ahead?

Yes if they are both willing to undergo PDG (pre genetic diagnosis), a more specific part of IVF (invitro fertilization) but it's more expensive. BMT (Bone marrow transplant) is also another method to go around it but PGD is alot better as it has less failure rate than BMT.

Is it a case of miracle if SS marries SS and has not SS children?

It's not a miracle please. Don't mislead the public with God doing wonders.

The couples who are AS + AS and, gave birth to all SS children, did they offend God? Àbí miracle no dey reach dem side?

It is a product of chance, not miracle.
